Our
first attempt was out of 1/8" plywood. We
soon found out that this material was way too heavy
and had to start over. It wasn't a total loss though,
in that it made a nice fire.
Here's
a picture of the original engine being tested. It
performed beyond our expectations.
We
used a table saw to cut the 2x4's into angle and
sticks.
